Staff
Megan Coiley
Minister of Music
Megan is a pianist and mezzo-soprano based in Princeton, NJ. She has an undergraduate degree in sacred music from Westminster Choir College in Princeton. She specializes in sound, space, and spirituality in worship and is particularly interested in consciousness and transformation. Her music ministry work explores the use of sound to shape theological understanding. Megan is active as a collaborative pianist, singer, conductor, and chamber musician. She has performed as a soloist and in ensembles throughout the mid-Atlantic region including the Dave Brubeck oratorio choir, Mariachi Flor de Toloache, and the Westminster Schola Cantorum. She is a current member of the Westminster Symphonic Choir, whose past season included performances with the Philadelphia Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic, and the Berlin Philharmonic. Megan continues her piano studies with Kendall Feeney and Edna Golandsky and vocal studies with Sally Wolf-Langan.
Emily Knoth
Student Chaplain
Emily is originally from the buckeye state but has been in NJ for the last three years. She is in the fourth year of her dual degree program (Masters of Divinity and Masters in Christian Education and Formation) at Princeton Theological Seminary. She loves her puppy (Wrigley), cooking, and watching Ted Lasso. She will be seeking a call as a PCUSA pastor in Kansas next summer. Her faith is built upon good storytelling, and great questions. You can find her rock climbing, reading a great memoir, and eating ice cream, but never all three at the same time.
Rosa Ross
Ministry Fellow, UKirk Ewing
Rosa thinks faith is a collage of different conversations: whispered words of comfort, shouts of social justice, discussions about what it means to be, and sometimes even jokes about the absurdity of God's beautiful creation. As a trans woman, she is particularly passionate about the process of full, unyielding inclusion of all people in this holy collage. Before coming to the MDiv program at Princeton Theological Seminary, Rosa grew up in Huntington, West Virginia and studied philosophy, religious studies, and classical studies at Marshall University where she is now an adjunct professor (teaching online). She can be spotted around town reading books, eating food, and walking her dog - a pug named Pugg
