Friends at Breaking Bread revealed their artistic talent a few weeks ago when we painted our Communion tablecloth in purple, lavender, cream, and gold as a liturgical symbol of the Lenten season. Purple was the rare, coveted color associated with royalty throughout the ancient world, and we remember Jesus as our Lord through the wanderings of Lent with the rich colors of this new artwork. Come and see how we continue to offer our creative gifts to God in worship together at Breaking Bread on Sunday nights at 8pm in Niles Chapel of Nassau Presbyterian Church!
